Saba’s New Blended Learning Platform Helps Customers Maximize Solution Investment

Saba’s innovative learning portal provides convenient learning, cost savings to customers and partners.

Redwood Shores, Calif. – June 19 , 2007 Saba (NASDAQ:SABA), the premier Human Capital Management (HCM) software and services provider, today announced the launch of a new blended learning platform based on Saba Learning Suite to provide cost-effective, just-in-time training to Saba customers and partners worldwide. Available through Saba University, this learning portal offers a full suite of online learning resources and offerings to enable customers and partners to have the knowledge, skills and abilities to most effectively implement, administer and use Saba products.

This blended learning portal provides customers significant benefits, ranging from learning convenience to reduced travel costs, through a variety of learning offerings, including: just-in-time training; access to live instructors and product experts; and practice software.

The Saba University learning portal helps facilitate the management of learning activities across the entire Saba ecosystem and will host a large selection of learning products and resources, including instructor-led classroom training, instructor-led online training and self-paced training. In the near future, Saba University intends to introduce additional learning resources, such as podcasts, performance support, job aids, best practices, webinars, discussion groups and learning communities.
